Elmoda Company was established in 1994 in Vilnius and commenced its activities having a team
of merely six employees. In 1998 it established a branch in Utena, where its staff professionally
performed the work in Utena, Ukmergė, Anykščiai and Molėtai.

Currently JSC Elmoda employs over 70 employees including five certified managers of special work,
and three project managers. Every year, the Company becomes a place of practice for the students of
Vilnius College (VIKO), Republican Training Centre of power industry specialists (REMC) and
Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU).

The scope of work carried out by UAB Elmoda is very broad: it includes the installation of power
supply lines, substations, distribution stations, accounting and transit panels, design, installation
and repair of street illumination networks, building electrical installation, lightning
protection and various electrical measurements.

The annual turnover of JSC Elmoda grows every year: in 1995 it was 477 168 LTL, in 1997 – 4 098 213
LTL, in 2003 – 7 121 445 LTL, and in 2007 – 25 251 388 LTL.

JSC Elmoda applies modern computer-based cable laying technology and is certified for engagement in
the work of up to 35 kV voltage.
